Regional Operations Manager
Carla Saldaña serves as the Regional Operations Manager at Wilson & Franco, where she oversees the smooth and efficient functioning of the firm’s administrative operations. Carla is responsible for managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and implementing systems and procedures that enhance productivity and support the overall goals of the company.
With 19 years of experience in real estate property tax, Texas lawsuits, and arbitrations, Carla brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Prior to joining Wilson & Franco, she worked in the banking industry, where she was part of the accounting team responsible for overseeing the payables database for Chase Bank’s national platform and handled retail banking operations at Woodforest National Bank.
Carla studied at the University of Houston’s Continuing and Professional Studies program. Outside of work, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and pets, and has a passion for gardening, particularly growing roses. Tending to her garden provides her with a sense of tranquility and fulfillment.
