Daniel Jacob III is a Real Property Analyst at Wilson & Franco, where he focuses on analyzing property valuations, conducting market research, and preparing and presenting tax appeal cases on behalf of property owners. He represents clients in both the Appraisal Review Board (ARB) and arbitration proceedings.

Dan holds a Master of Science from the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Global Hospitality Leadership and a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a Minor in Communications from Southwestern University. He has also completed Texas Real Estate Appraisal courses at the Champions School of Real Estate Management. His professional background includes extensive experience as a hospitality consultant, culinary director, and lead chef.

Dan is a member of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP) and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT). Outside of work, he enjoys cooking for his family, exploring Houston, and traveling with his wife and two daughters.
