Property Tax Consultant
David Zamora is a Property Tax Consultant at Wilson & Franco, where he supports the Business Personal Property group and provides ad hoc reporting for the IT department. He also assists with business personal property arbitrations and tax statement reviews. With 23 years of experience at Wilson & Franco, David has been a key member of the business personal property team and has contributed to the development of the company’s software.
Before joining Wilson & Franco, David worked for 17 years at Chase Bank in the Financial Accounting Department, where he gained experience in accounts payable, general ledger, fixed assets, construction accounting, and building operations accounting. He also reported directly to the head of Chase’s Corporate Real Estate group.
David holds a BA in Business from Rice University and an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the University of Houston.
In his personal life, David enjoys politics, sports, and is an avid billiards player.
