Pablo “Paul” Franco is a licensed Texas Senior Property Tax Consultant and serves as the President and CEO of Wilson & Franco. Pablo is responsible for the coordination of the firm’s strategic growth and development. Pablo is dedicated to finding innovative solutions to the numerous challenges faced by property taxpayers. Through his vision, the firm established an unparalleled national service platform for commercial property owners throughout the country. He was also instrumental in the development of the industry’s most intuitive property tax management software.
Pablo’s expertise includes the preparation, presentation, and negotiation of complex commercial asset and business personal property appeals. He also oversees the firm’s management leadership training program. Pablo guides the firm in client relations, business development, and financial and operational efficiencies.
Pablo has served as President of the Texas Association of Property Tax Professionals (TAPTP). He is a member of both the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Pablo serves on the board of Heroes for Children(501c3), an emergency financial and social assistance program for Texas families who have children fighting cancer. Pablo is actively engaged with the Texas State legislature where he advocates on behalf of property taxpayers.
Pablo received his bachelor’s degree from Cal State Northridge and his MBA from the University of Houston – Victoria. Most recently, he received his JD from South Texas College of Law Houston. He attended law school while growing the firm. While in law school he was awarded the John Ensell Award in Evidence, named a Langdell Scholar, and was named to the Dean’s Honor List. Pablo is a member of Phi Delta Phi; The International Legal Honor Society.
Pablo lives in Fulshear, Texas with his wife and three daughters. Some of his favorite hobbies include traveling with his family and flyfishing.
