Using Fixed Asset and Inventory data provided by our clients, we review and classify assets into two categories: Reportable and Non-Reportable. Reportable items are then further classified based on Wilson & Franco’s internal depreciation schedule. Our depreciating schedules were derived from appraisals that we have purchased for a variety of personal property types in our portfolio including (but not limited to) groceries, retail stores, office equipment, etc. which are very aggressive compared to the individual jurisdiction tables. General categories included are furniture & fixtures, signage, alarms, safes, general office equipment, office appliances, computer equipment, machinery & equipment, supplies and inventory.
